Chip Nagle Returns “Home”

Tyler & Company proudly welcomes back Charles “Chip” Nagle to our team. Years ago, Chip held a leadership role at Tyler & Company for nine years. 17 years later, he returns to the team as Senior Vice President in our Atlanta office.

With a distinguished career in both healthcare consulting and healthcare search, Chip brings with him 22 years of expertise and over 250 assignments in executive search and leadership selection. He possesses an in-depth knowledge of the environmental forces shaping the healthcare delivery system, gained through his strategic consulting work with over 130 healthcare organizations. Chip demonstrates excellent capability to understand the culture and organizational nuances of the clientele he serves. He encompasses a broad base of functional healthcare experience including strategic planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development and retention.

Chip brings in-depth search experience working with both hospital-sponsored and independent physician groups, which Tyler & Company is planning to incorporate more fully into our practice as we continue to grow and expand our services in 2018. He models integrity, excellent communication skills, professionalism and a sense of urgency. Chip is a frequent speaker for a variety of groups on the topics of strategic resource management and talent acquisition, development and retention.

Chip earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s degree in Health Systems from the Georgia Institute of Technology. From there, he began his career in healthcare consulting. Before returning to Tyler & Company, Chip founded and served as President for Nagle & Associates. Previous endeavors in his career include Senior Manager at PwC, Principal at Ernst & Young where he directed the Southeastern finance and strategic planning practice, and Regional Manager at a for-profit, investor-owned, multi-hospital system. His roles involved leadership in strategic planning, decision support and financial consulting in the healthcare industry.

Chip is an affiliate of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the American Association of Healthcare Consultants (AAHC). He is a certified healthcare consultant in the AAHC; a notable accomplishment as only a few healthcare consultants receive this recognition. He is involved in various civic and community efforts and has been active for many years in the healthcare community, both personally and professionally. Chip served as Chairman of the Board of the American Sudden Infant Death Syndrome Institute for eight years.

Tyler & Company is both proud and enthusiastic to welcome back an incredible asset, who offers unmatched talent, experience, an outstanding work ethic, and a true commitment to client and candidate engagement. Welcome home, Chip!
