Memorial  Health System in Springfield, Illinois, has retained Tyler & Company for an exciting search for a System Administrator, Total Rewards.

The Opportunity

The system administrator, total rewards, is a newly created role that reports directly the system CHRO. This leader will plan, direct and implement total rewards strategy to attract and retain top talent across the system.

The Candidate

We are seeking a human resources leader with two or more years of director-level experience leading moderately complex to complex projects. Candidates must possess an in-depth knowledge of compensation administration, theories and practices. Candidates must also possess an intermediate to advanced proficiency with technical processes, including compensation database systems, ideally MarketPay.

Professional qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business administration, human resources, finance or comparable.
  • Certified compensation professional (CCP) or comparable compensation designation.
  • Professional HR certification(s), i.e., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • Seven to 10 years of combined compensation, benefits and HR experience, demonstrating broad knowledge of total rewards programs and processes.
