This includes proactively identifying progressive approaches to deliver patient care, and enhance patient satisfaction and the culture of nursing and clinical services. As a key senior leader, the CNO provides strategic direction, executive-level leadership, planning, organization and general management for all aspects of patient care at PSH Hampden Medical Center, ensuring integration of services, advancing the organization’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, and compliance with long-range objectives and strategies, including the provision of excellent quality services and sound business practices.
