Larry Tyler has personally conducted more than 160 CEO searches for various types of organizations, including health systems, for-profit hospitals, physician group practices and associations.

Tyler & Company’s consulting expertise extends beyond solely finding your next leader.  As author of various works on succession planning and governance, Larry tailors this knowledge to the search at hand. Additionally, our consultants work to ensure your search committee is well represented, internal candidates are properly considered, and the compensation and relocation package is on target, among other must-do’s.

Standing behind our work
Tyler & Company guarantees CEO placements for three years. If the selected individual leaves or is terminated, the firm will conduct a replacement search at no fee, solely out‐of‐pocket expenses. As part of this guarantee, Tyler & Company offers Transcendre, a confidential 360-degree onboarding program conducted by the firm’s Transcendre Advisor and Executive Coach. This program is implemented about two months after the CEOs start date.

Direct involvement from senior consultants
Rest assured that although Larry is Chairman and CEO of Tyler & Company, he continues his active, hands-on approach when leading searches. Clients interact directly with Larry and any consultant(s) assisting him. There is no bait and switch!
