Transcendre is designed to help newly hired executives and other senior managers achieve peak performance quickly. Our onboarding, post-placement Transcendre process focuses on the first 60 days of the executive assuming his/her new role. Using a 360-degree assessment tool, input is sought from peers, subordinates and the supervisor.

- Transcendre’s roots began in 2002 when a need was identified for a specialized instrument that provided multi-source feedback for healthcare executives. Thus, J. Larry Tyler, Chairman and CEO of Tyler & Company, and Andrew N. Garman, PsyD, MS, embarked in a one-year research project for the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
