Once you have been selected as a potential candidate, our research associates (RAs) and consultants walk you through every step of the process, ensuring you are informed of your status as the search progresses.

Although, as a retained executive search firm, our primary responsibility is to our client, it's our goal to create the right match for both the candidate and the client.  We know that successful placements happen because we have gained an in-depth knowledge of the client's organization AND have identified those whose experience, strengths and personal qualities fit and perform well in the client’s culture.
