Allison A. Morris
Allison Morris joined Tyler & Company’s Austin office in 2007. Allison has a wide array of experience, ranging from employee and community relations to marketing, advertising and executive search consulting. Her search management experience has entailed working for clients in healthcare, foundation, city management and economic development organizations. She has spent the majority of her career specializing in healthcare executive placement search.
Prior to joining Tyler & Company, Allison served as a Vice President for The PACE Group, a national executive search firm specializing in Economic Development and Healthcare. Allison helped expand the healthcare division and was also the Regional Director for economic development projects in Texas. Allison has been intricately involved in all aspects of the search process from start to finish. She thrives on ensuring that each client receives exceptional and efficient service, concluding with the right candidate in place to make the greatest impact.
Prior to entering the search industry, Allison worked for Kolar Advertising and Marketing in Austin, Texas, where she helped manage multiple high-profile client marketing campaigns. Additionally, Allison worked in community and employee relations with National Instruments, also located in Austin, Texas, where she focused on event planning and volunteer recruitment.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Allison has also spent time in Louisiana and Mississippi. She and her husband enjoy living in Austin and are active in church and community affairs. As the daughter of a hospital and healthcare system executive, she has consistently been involved in the healthcare field.
