Roberta J. Levine, Philadelphia Office
Roberta J. Levine joined Tyler & Company in 1996 and is associated with the firm’s Philadelphia office. She brings more than two decades of experience in healthcare consulting and executive search in healthcare and life sciences as well as nine years of experience as a healthcare provider. She focuses on senior management search assignments and physician executives for hospitals and health systems as well as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and diagnostic companies. Her client relationships include not-for-profit healthcare organizations, academic institutions, public and private domestic and global companies, and start-up and venture-backed companies. With Tyler & Company’s association with Signium International, Roberta looks forward to advancing her life sciences and international portfolios while continuing to serve her traditional clients.
Roberta has placed a wide variety of executives including chief operating officers, chief financial officers and vice presidents of diverse functional divisions. She also has recruited a broad range of leaders for academic institutions, including assistant deans, department chairs, division chiefs, chief nursing officers, vice presidents and program directors. Roberta has in-depth knowledge of healthcare markets in the Northeast, specifically in the New England and Mid-Atlantic states, having directly worked in each of these markets.
Roberta has been professionally trained to assess talent in the healthcare and life science industries. Her clinical background as a psychologist and her hospital-based experience give her firsthand insight as well as a unique ability to work effectively with healthcare executives, physician executives and other healthcare professionals.
Roberta also leads the Tyler & Company cardiovascular services practice. The firm has been active in the cardiology market for more than a decade and has been very successful recruiting senior level executives, product line leaders, physician leaders/medical directors, clinical and patient care managers and practice administrators.
In addition to her community activities, Roberta is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Healthcare Leadership Network of the Delaware Valley, the American College of Cardiovascular Administrators and Healthcare Businesswomen's Association.
Prior to joining Tyler & Company, Roberta coordinated recruitment for a large, nationally known healthcare company. Roberta resides in Connecticut.
