Patricia A. Hoffmeir, Senior Vice President, established Tyler & Company’s Philadelphia office in 1996. Patti is Tyler & Company’s Academic Practice Leader. Bringing more than 25 years of experience in healthcare consulting and search, her clients span the country and include all types of provider organizations – both for-profit and not-for-profit. Patti also has experience in academic medical centers for which she has conducted searches for chairpersons, residency program directors and other key executive positions.
In addition to Patti’s academic search experience in recruiting physician leaders, her practice has grown to include various types of physician and non-physician executives for emerging growth companies in practice management and specialty carveouts. Patti also has a strong national presence in the rehabilitation/post-acute care industry.
Patti received the Association of Healthcare Consultants' prestigious President’s Award for Outstanding Service in 1999, and regularly hosts meetings for its Mid-Atlantic region. Patti is active in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and she is a member of the National Forum of Women Healthcare Leaders and the Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine Program for Women. Additionally, she held board roles for the Kennett-area YMCA of Chester County and Wilmington Women in Business. She is a past member of ACHE’s Regent’s Advisory Council for Delaware and the Delaware Forum of Executive Women.
Patti is well known nationally for her knowledge, network and commitment to the healthcare industry as well as her ability to utilize her human relations skills in facilitating closure in tough assignments. Patti is a frequent speaker on effective interviewing and selection criteria for organizations in the healthcare industry. She also speaks regularly at national meetings of executives and physician groups on career planning, leveraging and effective interviewing skills.
