Nelson Mann is Senior Vice President of Tyler & Company's office in Austin, Texas. With 17 years of healthcare executive recruiting experience, Nelson has put together an impressive list of clients. He is a long-time resident of Austin and is actively involved in church and community affairs.
Nelson began his recruiting career with a nationally known recruiting firm, where he quickly became the Manager of the Healthcare Division. Under his guidance, the division grew five fold. Nelson joined Page and Associates in 2001 and gained numerous high-profile clients as head of the healthcare division.
Nelson considers himself a valued member of his client’s recruiting team and adds an outside consultant’s perspective to the client’s efforts to fill positions with the best possible candidates. Nelson is able to listen to the needs of his clients and then focus his recruiting efforts to find not only the concrete skill background, but also the right chemistry fit for the employer’s culture.
